Square and fair strict rules about ranking up

This is my idea for ranking
1-2-3-4-5 i just use variables so 1 would be Guildmaster and best !

inviete to Guild = g1
Kick out of Guild = g2
Guildmessage =g3
set grade of guildmemeber =g4
see guildmember information =g5


5 = member who joint (none)
4 = member with 100 contributation/forum account/forum intrudaction (g5)
3 = member with 200 contributation/5 points (see below) from 3/2 g.memeber (g5/g1)
2 = memeber with 300 contributation/ 10 points (see below) from 2 (g1/g2/g3/g5)
1= only Guildleader (g1/g2/g3/g4/g5)

the point system
3 = 1 point
4 = 2 points
5 = 2 points

well its kinda like saying yes he can become grade 3 if a 3 grade memeber says that he get 1 point and if a 4/5 grade memeber says yes iam ok if we grade him/her up it would give 2 points

its a hard system but its a fair one i wanna hear your opinion if you have any questions ask ^^

I'm an exception to that cause i have the highest guild contribution and i tink that some will give me some points but i still prefer to be a rabbit
