When guild reaches lvl 10

1st Well change so only Devil, Guardian and Fairy can invite.
(With hope the we will ge all fairys ask the person to join forum before joining and we hope if ppl see we are higher then all other guilds, they wanna join us)
2nd If our guild reaches lvl 10 we will have red rose ^^
